Facilitation|Programming

Facilitating lights me up. When people feel heard and safe transformative experiences become possible.

I officiate life-cycle rituals and prioritize facilitating spaces that welcome people of all walks of life and with all levels of familiarity with Jewish practice. I lead baby namings, b’nei/bat/bar mitzvahs, mikvahs, weddings, grieving rituals, Jewish prayer services, and customized, original rituals. I seek to engages people’s sense of wonder, creativity, and connection with self, others, and all that is, however each person imagines that.

Teaching and educational programming fuse my interests in facilitation, arts, and social change. My style is extremely participatory and interactive, focusing on eliciting the wisdom and perspectives of the participants. I have worked as a program director at summer programs; facilitated events, workshops, and difficult conversations; and taught in after-school programs. I also co-facilitate expressive arts process groups.
